Transaction checklist

  1. Confirm availability inside the current product interface.
  2. Check recipient and account-name requirements.
  3. Save the transaction ID and a redacted receipt.
  4. Do not repeat a pending transfer.

Delayed transaction

Escalate with the transaction ID through verified support. Never disclose a wallet PIN or OTP.
